You can tell someone happily lived in this home for a while, but unfortunately I would characterize this as a scrape. At the very least, buyers would probably want to take it down to the studs if they wanted to work within the existing footprint. Given that this house has been on the market for almost a month, I was surprised that builders had jumped at this redevelopment opportunity, but I do think they are a bit agressive with their pricing right now. They will need to back off of that price to allow for the amount of work that needs to be done to make this home liveable. Also, the amount of telephone wires might also deter builders in the area as well.
