The Scoop:

This home came up on the market 2 days ago and is very well done. They layout and floor plan were designed with care and reflect how people live in their homes today. The design choices swing slightly traditional, but are neutral enough to appeal to a broad array of buyers. And the builder was smart to add character throughout the home. The master suite is truly massive and the bathroom and closet are a dream. The other notable areas of the home are the mudroom off the garage and the incredible basement.
For my particular client, the backyard was a deal breaker. For a home of this caliber where entertainment will be a priority, there is just not much usable space. They might have spent a bit of money on landscaping and / or staging to demonstrate to buyers how it might be better used.
