For whatever reason, tri-level homes seem to take a bit longer to move on the market. However, this tri-level has some fantastic features for this neighborhood like three separate living spaces that would work great for families. It also has a fantastic huge backyard that would be wonderful for entertaining.
The real downside to this home are the bathrooms. On the upstairs level that has three separate bedrooms, there really isn’t an easy way to make a master bathroom – it would require pretty significant reconfigurations and construction. That said, someone could grab this house for a steal, put in the necessary work and enjoy it.
