There are a lot of great things about this home: square footage, number of beds and baths and some great bones. They have also updated pockets of the home throughout, including a lovely family room off the kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceilings.
Unfortunately, it seems like it may have been updated in pieces and lacks a cohesive floor plan that today’s buyers are looking for. This home has many different rooms which makes it feel very compartmentalized as opposed to having the nice, open layout that appeals to most buyers.
