This is a great home on a good block in Southern Hills. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love and care into the home and the updates throughout.
I think the recent price reduction they did was necessary, but it will probably still need to come down a bit as it only has a 1 car garage and there are only 2 bedrooms on the main level. While it does have a 3rd bedroom in the basement, the lack of a 3rd bedroom on the main level will limit the buyer pool. Overall, it’s a pretty cute house!
