SOUTHERN HILLS JUNE MARKET UPDATE
In June we saw five houses sell in Southern Hills, which is on par with the market YOY. There tends to be a bit of a dip in activity in the peak summer months. That said, June showed us quite the increase in median home price from last year. The median home price jumped from $452,000 in 2014 to $625,000 in 2015.
June also showed us the continued evidence of a seller’s market with respect to limited days on market and continued sales over list price. The average days-on-market (from list date to under contract) was 3 days. And all but one sale was at or over asking price.
Southern Hills continues to be an excellent market for sellers and an amazing area for buyers to find their next dream home.
