The owner of this home is a real estate agent and she definitely knows what clientele in the neighborhood are looking for. She renovated the entire home and did a fantastic job by maximizing the layout and using finishes popular with today’s buyers.
The house does have some features that might make it a bit challenging for some buyers to wrap their heads around: it offers only a 1 car garage and the dining space is very limited. But in today’s market, the price does reflect those shortcomings. My guess is like everything in Southern Hills, this house will go quickly.
