This five bedroom, three bath house is currently the lowest price per total square foot in Southern Hills, which makes it an attractive option for buyers in this area. At just over 3000 finished square feet, this home offers an added bonus of having three separate living areas perfect for the growing families moving to the area.
While there are a couple areas prime for updating such as replacing the main level carpet with hardwood floors and updating the master bathroom, the property is priced well and will probably sell for close to listing price. That said, this house is suffering from poor marketing, and in particular, poor photography. With professional photography in good lighting I believe it would have already been under contract.
